手前にあるのは「NEOGEO STICK 2」のようですが、もしかしてこれで動かすのかな？
Opens with another showing of Terry’s trailer, nothing new
Is treated like the end of E3’s, with Sakurai playing the game and talking about it. Sakurai mentions that this is how all directs will be conducted from now on.
Terry is based on post-Garou Terry, specifically the KoF14 iteration. He has inputs and auto turnaround, like Ken and Ryu. Moveset is
– Power Wave as neutral special. In the air, immediately appears on the ground below him.
– Crack Shoot as side special.
– Burn Knuckle as down special. In the air, goes diagonally downwards. Spikes.
– Rising Tackle as up special.
Terry comes with meter, allowing him to use Power Geyser and Buster Wolf. These are activated by pressing normal and special attack at the same time, or by traditional inputs. He can not use meter for anything else.
Terry’s final smash is Star Dunk Volcano. It can also be inputted for an instant KO.
End of Terry segment.
Announced in a similar fashion to the E3 ones:
Kyo Kusanagi and K’ (Brawlers)
Rock and Geese Howard (Brawlers)
Haohmaru and Nakoruru (Swordfighters)
Marco, Fio and Marspeople (Gunners)
Mallow and Geno (Brawler and Gunner)
Bandana Waddle Dee (Swordfighter)
Sakurai mentioned that Sans was a test for a new kind of Mii Costumes, now called Premium Costumes. These will all come with a song from their respective games, as well as 2 headsets. 3 will be released following the direct.
Doom Slayer and Cacodemon, with BFG Division (DOOM 2016). Gunner
Crash Bandicoot and Neo Cortex’s “N”, with Smash Remix of the Crash Bandicoot 1 theme. Brawler
Sora and Organization XIII’s Hood, with “Kingdom Hearts Medley”, including songs from all games in the series. Swordfighter
Sakurai mentions that all songs purchased through Premium Costumes are now available to be played on all stages, and Sans owners will retroactively get an Undyne helmet due to the change.
End of Mii segment.
Screen fades up onto normal game being played, when a 5th player appears – Mario in his Mario Tennis outfit.
Sakurai acts surprised, before announcing that the “Premium Costume” system is not exclusive to Miis, and they are also releasing them for certain characters.
Sakurai mentions that these will not be other characters or new designs, and only redesigns for the characters from the games themselves. The first wave consists of:
– Mario Tennis Mario (Mario Tennis)
– Racer Peach (Mario Kart 8 Deluxe)
– Wedding Bowser (Super Mario Odyssey)
– Hyrule Warriors Sheik (Hyrule Warriors or Breath of the Wild)
– Classic Sonic (Sonic Mania)
– Street Fighter 5 Ryu and Ken, seperate (Street Fighter 30th)
– Octoling Inkling (Splatoon 2)
– Garou Terry (Any classic NeoGeo title)
These costumes will be available free of charge if you have the game mentioned above linked to your Nintendo account, otherwise they are the same price as Premium Costumes for Miis.
They all come with 8 colour palettes and new renders. Sakurai then says that more will be coming in the future, then breaks into English and says “but I do not know which ones”, emphasising the which.
Possibly hinting towards Bayonetta 3. Music is not specified.
End of Costume segment.
Sakurai then asks the viewer what they are thinking of the game itself, and asks if they’re doing well in Quick Play.
This leads onto an announcement of a more serious ranked mode, with a full ruleset, which will be voted on soon.
This will launch in February 2020, with more info later.
Sakurai says that more information is coming. There is no character announcement at the end of the stream.
